Job DescriptionManager Project Sourcing– MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)Position Summary:
The Manager Project Sourcing (MEP) will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring MEP materials, equipment, and subcontracted services required for turnkey commercial interior projects. The role ensures timely procurement within budget and as per project specifications while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal project teams.
Key Responsibilities:Procurement Management
· Source and procure MEP materials, equipment, and specialized services required for design and build turnkey projects.
· Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project schedules.
· Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery speed, and service.
Vendor Development & Negotiation
· Identify, develop, and maintain reliable vendor base for MEP categories.
· Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to achieve best value without compromising quality.
· Establish and maintain long-term vendor relationships to support project pipelines.
Project Coordination
· Work closely with design, project, and site teams to understand procurement needs and specifications.
· Coordinate with project managers to ensure seamless delivery of materials to project sites.
· Track procurement schedules and flag potential risks or delays.
Cost Control & Documentation
· Obtain competitive quotations and conduct cost analysis.
· Support budgeting by providing accurate procurement cost inputs.
· Maintain comprehensive procurement records, supplier documentation, and delivery schedules.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
· Ensure all materials and equipment comply with project specifications, quality standards, and local regulations.
· Conduct supplier audits and evaluations as required.
Key Skills & Competencies:
· Strong knowledge of MEP materials, systems, and market rates.
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
· Vendor management and sourcing expertise.
· Ability to manage multiple procurement packages simultaneously.
· Familiarity with project timelines, commercial interiors, and site coordination.
· Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement software.
Qualification & Experience:
· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
· 3-5 years of procurement experience in the MEP domain, preferably within design & build or turnkey project companies.
· Knowledge of commercial interior fit-out industry is an added advantage.

Sr. Manager Project Sourcing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹309,868.51 - ₹600,000.00 per year
