Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced IT Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of IT projects focused on CRM systems or E-Channel platforms within the Insurance or BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, domain expertise, and the ability to create and maintain comprehensive delivery plans and performance dashboards. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Execution Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. Develop and maintain comprehensive project implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations. Create and manage gauge charts, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor project health, progress, and risks. Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, or hybrid methodologies as per project requirements. Domain Expertise Drive the implementation of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) or E-Channel solutions (e.g., customer portals, mobile apps). Translate business processes in Insurance or BFSI into scalable and efficient technical solutions. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors. Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Oversee vendor performance, SLAs, and contract compliance. Governance, Compliance & Quality Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory, security, and compliance standards relevant to the BFSI sector. Conduct regular audits, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement. Maintain documentation and reporting for internal and external audits. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in CRM or E-Channel implementations within the Insurance or BFSI industry. Strong understanding of insurance processes such as policy issuance, claims, underwriting, and customer lifecycle management. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence). Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master are highly desirable. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud-based CRM platforms, API integrations, and DevOps practices. Ability to design and maintain project dashboards and visual performance indicators (e.g.gauge charts, WBS, burn-down charts). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
