Manager - Planning

As a Production Planning Control Manager, your role will involve managing all general planning issues for the production department, scheduling work as per requirement stipulation, ensuring compliance with federal laws and regulations, providing progress reports, supervising project plans, acting as an intermediary between people and departments, maintaining communication between the internal team and clients, supervising requirements for the production department, acquiring planning consent for proposals, and preparing proposals and site plans to meet the objectives of the management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing all general planning issues for the production department - Scheduling work as per requirement stipulation - Ensuring compliance with federal laws and regulations - Providing progress reports and supervising project plans - Acting as an intermediary between people and departments - Maintaining communication between the internal team and clients - Supervising requirements for the production department - Acquiring planning consent for proposals - Preparing proposals and site plans to meet the objectives of the management To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with: - D.M.E. or B.E. degrees - At least 10+ years of experience in production planning control - The ability to create innovative projects, analyze data, and solve problems - Exposure to the requirements of automotive two-wheeler OEMs including EV OEMs - A deep understanding of aftermarket requirements - Knowledge of labor norms and factory acts - Exposure to KANBAN, JIT, and FIFO - Exposure to ERP is also desirable - Experience and knowledge in SAP B1 and other planning tools The salary for this position will depend on your skill and experience.,
