We Are Looking For Someone Who Can Pitch to prospective clients and plan sales strategies (from pre-sales to post-signing) Identify opportunities in target markets Generate leads through cold calling or through networking at shows and expos Maintain strong relationships with key clientele Assess client needs and the company's ability to meet said needs Create development plans and sales forecasts Prepare reports on goals, analyze performances based on multiple indicators Use CRM software to manage interactions Work with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies We Are Looking For Someone With D.M.E., B.E. or M.B.A. degrees At least 20+ years of experience in business development (especially in automotive or industrial parts segments) Exposure to the requirements of automotive two-wheeler OEMs including EV OEMs A deep understanding of aftermarket requirements Knowledge of labor norms and factory acts A greater understanding of IATF requirements; fully knowledgeable in ISO products and of 5S.
