In parallel lead and support bidding for upcoming opportunities in the cluster by applying deep state level knowledge routes permissions and stakeholder context . KRA- A. Key Strategic Priorities 1. Cluster delivery stewardship: Ensure every project in the cluster achieves approved milestones quality and safety so that energization and tariff start are not delayed 2. Bid leadership for the cluster: Shape competitive and execution credible bids with Commercial Design Survey Land and Finance drawing on institutional knowledge of the cluster 3.
