Job Description

Key purpose of the Job

The Manager Planning is responsible for managing order planning and driving topline targets for assigned customers or customer categories. This includes finalizing plans based on order projections, forecasts, and available capacity, ensuring on-time delivery (OTD), and meeting customer expectations. The role also focuses on improving the planning process for better efficiency and productivity while adhering to health and safety guidelines and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible to drive the Planning process for assigned customer/s or customer category current and future orders.

Responsible to monitor adherence to PPC Calendar, Frozen Plan, Factory Plans and address deviations from plan in accordance with the guidelines.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of functional deliverables.

Provide guidance and training to Planning teams in the assigned product category and be responsible for their performance.

Education

Masters / Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Clothing Technology/ Statistics/ Mathematics

Experience

6 to 9+ years of experience in Planning function with strong experience in implementation of planning improvement projects and exposure to best practices

The candidate should have a good knowledge in the FR planning tool and the Planning & Execution process
