Job Description

You are responsible for:

  • Develop & strengthen collaborative planning/Key Account Planning to support (KAMs) to achieve their monthly targets.
  • Develop the right pricing policy - identify opportunities for giving customers value. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Implement a methodical forecasting approach that effectively captures assumptions changes, risks and opportunities, and uses multiple views to converge to a viable consensus demand plan. Ensure a robust handoff to KAMs to action insights that will ensure DRR increase and increase revenues
  • Facilitate a demand planning culture that ensures that monthly forecast submission deadlines are respected, which drives key performance objectives of forecast accuracy and sales plan stability
  • Use the above model to identify risks and provide timely suggestions/actionable insights for KAMs to move/optimize
  • Partner with relevant teams to create marketing offers for different/relevant feature adoption
  • Work with KAM teams to understand product/feature feedback and build a POV on how the product should evolve
  • Work with Product teams to discuss ideas and implement changes/revamp features
  • Track feature adoption metrics on a month on month and build plans to growthem to a steady state metric
  • Employ an effective demand segmentation strategy to focus on key products and key customers while using statistical forecast as basis for the rest of the volume
  • Drive demand planning business process excellence through standardized and meaningful processes and aids, aligned with leadership

You should have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders in high levels of ambiguity
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence across all levels of the organisation
  • Desire and ability to think like the customer
  • Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion
