Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Implementation:

  Develop and execute creative visual concepts for window displays, in-store layouts, promotional areas, and special events.

• Brand Alignment:

  Ensure all displays adhere to brand guidelines, product launches, seasonal themes, and marketing campaigns.

• Sales Focus:

  Use visual storytelling and merchandising principles to drive customer engagement, increase conversion rates, and maximize profitability.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with store management, marketing, and sales teams to align visual strategies with business goals.

• Trend Research:

  Stay updated on the latest visual merchandising trends, competitor activities, and retail design techniques.

• Inventory Management:

  Monitor product placement and stock levels to ensure displays are always fresh, full, and effective.

• Team Training:

  Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices.

• Budget Management:

  Manage project costs and source display materials within budget.
