Role & responsibilities

Schedule Alignment with Sales Forecast, Inventory Targets & resource availability.

Capacity Planning: Deriving IFAT plan based on historical data and plotting acc to requirements

• Develop SLAs for production planning activities to sync WIP inventory, IFAT target and shop floor work load
• Create SOPs for Production Planning

Manage preparatory and define a system for preparatory planning (TBD)

Material Planning related activities

*Raw Material Planning after MRP: Derive shortages and calculate PRs, including efficient inwarding of material to restrict over-stocking or shortages

*Co-ordinate with SCM for delivery dates and material requirements, on time PR to PO conversion

*Free Stock liquidation- Exploration of possible allocations

Advancing planning of raw material for forecasted projects

›Oversee LLI's arrival according to shop floor requirements and proactive schedule adherance

Outsourcing of Subassemblies

>.Driving outsourcing of assemblies in a complete end-to-end process: Identification of potential assemblies, consumption matrix creation, ensuring validation of item and system changes after validation

> Calculate KPis for outsourcing and value created from outsourcing

Data Accuracy and Validation

• BOM Comparison: Structure BOM and Production BOM

›Routing Time Validation

> Prod order scheduling verification

> Automation of repetitive excel tasks
