About the role:

 

Job Description:

  • Partner closely with the CPO and People Practice leaders on strategic initiatives and priorities

  • Lead the Project Management office of the People Function

  • Build and publish dashboards and reports - delivering meaningful insights and tracking progress

  • Closely watch industry best practices, educate and recommend new initiatives around productivity enhancement, better employee experiences etc.

  • Engage and manage senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution across People Practice initiatives and projects.
  • Project Management:

    Drive strategic project management, ensuring timely execution, cross-functional coordination, and alignment with the CPO’s priorities.
  • Provide Intelligence and Foresight:

    Analyse internal and external trends and present information to support decision-making and shape future-ready people strategies.
  • Design and lead strategic reviews

    : May include annual strategy presentations, governance and cadences for the People Practice function activities.
  • People Communications and Presentations:

    Execute a compelling People communication strategy.
  • Support and contribute to organizational transformation and change management initiatives

Skills & Experience

  • Strategic Experience in People Practice: 6

    –8 years of experience in People Practice / HR function with atleast 2/3 yrs experience in PMO, Strategic Initiative or Strategy office.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management:

    Exposure to executive-level stakeholders. High EQ and stakeholder management skills; able to navigate ambiguity and build trust.
  • Project & Reporting Tools Proficiency:

    Proficiency in project management tools, MS Excel and executive reporting.
  • Business & Strategic Acumen:

    Strong strategic thinking and business acumen; ability to connect dots across people, business, and culture.
  • Leadership Communication & Storytelling:

    Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills; able to drive through ambiguity and bring clarity during complexity.
  • Cross-Functional Influence:

    Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority.
  • Data-Driven Insight Generation:

    Analytical mindset with comfort in data interpretation, dashboards, and deriving insights.
  • Change & Integration Exposure:

    Exposure to change management, M&A integration, and leadership enablement is a plus.

Education: Preferably Engineer + MBA
