Job Description

As the PMO for the HR Function, your role will involve leading the Project Management office of the People Function. You will partner closely with the Chief People Officer and People Practice leaders on strategic initiatives and priorities. Your responsibilities will include building and publishing dashboards and reports to deliver meaningful insights, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment and seamless execution across People Practice initiatives and projects. Additionally, you will be expected to closely monitor industry best practices, educate stakeholders, and recommend new initiatives to enhance productivity and improve employee experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Partner closely with the CPO and People Practice leaders on strategic initiatives and priorities - Lead the Project Management office of the People Function - Build and publish dashboards and reports, delivering meaningful insights and tracking progress - Monitor industry best practices, educate stakeholders, and recommend new initiatives for productivity enhancement and better employee experiences - Engage and manage senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution across People Practice initiatives and projects - Drive strategic project management, ensuring timely execution, cross-functional coordination, and alignment with the CPO's priorities - Analyze internal and external trends to provide intelligence and foresight for decision-making and shape future-ready people strategies - Design and lead strategic reviews, including annual strategy presentations and governance for People Practice function activities - Execute a compelling People communication strategy - Support and contribute to organizational transformation and change management initiatives Qualifications Required: - Strategic Experience in People Practice: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in People Practice/HR function with at least 2-3 years of experience in PMO, Strategic Initiative, or Strategy office - Executive Stakeholder Management: Exposure to executive-level stakeholders, high EQ, and stakeholder management skills - Project & Reporting Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in project management tools, MS Excel, and executive reporting - Business & Strategic Acumen: Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, ability to connect dots across people, business, and culture - Leadership Communication & Storytelling: Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills - Cross-Functional Influence: Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority - Data-Driven Insight Generation: Analytical mindset with comfort in data interpretation, dashboards, and deriving insights - Change & Integration Exposure: Exposure to change management, M&A integration, and leadership enablement is a plus Education: Preferably Engineer + MBA,
