Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
Government approvals
and
international certifications
for all steel products (TMT rebars, plates, structural, hollow sections, HR & CR coils, colour-coated sheets, etc.).
Handle
renewals and coordination
of all
Surveillance Audits
(Domestic & International) across all plant locations.
Manage
documentation and follow-up
for new certifications as required by the Sales team.
Oversee
annual export certification contracts
, including background SAP work related to contracts, approvals, and payments.
Demonstrate working knowledge of
Green Steel
initiatives and
Sustainability standards
.
Conduct
internal product and process audits
; prepare and maintain
third-party audit findings
and
failure analysis reports
.
Coordinate with the
Sales team
for participation in
architect/engineer meets
and
technical seminars
to enhance product awareness.
Collaborate regularly with
SSC Finance & Payment Centre
for timely processing of domestic and foreign vendor payments.
Show
willingness to travel PAN India
for approvals and certification-related activities.
