Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager located in Rishikesh. As the Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and maintaining the smooth functioning of all departments. You will be tasked with supervising staff, managing the budget, developing and implementing operational procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling guest feedback and creating an environment of continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you should possess strong leadership and staff management skills. Proficiency in budget management and financial planning is essential, along with experience in developing and implementing operational procedures. Knowledge of health and safety regulations is crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisive, thoughtful decisions. Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry is preferred. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
