We are one of the leading CBSE-affiliated educational institutions in the country, with multiple schools across Punjab. We are seeking a results-driven Manager – Operations to act as a critical link between the Head Office and our schools, ensuring smooth functioning, timely execution, and continuous improvement in operations.

Key Responsibilities

● Leadership & Coordination: Act as the operational bridge between Chairman, Director, Principals, and school teams to ensure alignment with institutional goals.

● Vendor & Procurement Management: Lead end-to-end vendor engagement, from scouting and negotiation to procurement and timely delivery, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

● Project Delivery: Drive completion of key tasks, projects, and initiatives within agreed timelines, maintaining accountability across stakeholders.

● Operational Excellence: Anticipate bottlenecks, implement solutions, and enforce systems to enhance efficiency in administration, procurement, and day-to-day school operations.

● Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop and deliver MIS reports and performance dashboards that provide insights, track progress, and enable informed decision-making.

● Communication & Documentation: Ensure accurate, timely collation and circulation of minutes, reports, and policy documents across stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies

● Strong analytical, planning, and organizational ability with a solution-oriented mindset.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

● Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining quality and timeliness.

● Ability to identify issues proactively and recommend actionable solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
