About the Role

Manager – Artificial Intelligence

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy Execution:
Support the design and implementation of AI initiatives that align with business goals and drive innovation, efficiency, and measurable value.
AI Model Development:
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, including machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI models.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide data scientists and engineers, promoting collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, product, analytics, and marketing teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
Ethical AI & Governance:
Ensure that all AI projects meet ethical, regulatory, and privacy standards through transparent and responsible AI practices.
Performance Measurement:
Evaluate the success and ROI of AI implementations, continuously optimizing models and processes for better outcomes.

Requirements

Experience:
10+ years of experience in AI/ML roles, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or team lead position.
Technical Expertise:
Strong hands-on knowledge of AI and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or AWS Sagemaker.
Domain Knowledge:
Familiarity with marketing analytics, customer insights, and predictive data modeling is preferred.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and align AI solutions with business objectives.
Education:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Certifications in AI/ML are an added advantage.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
