Job Description

What We Need
NetBrain is seeking a collaborative, customer-focused leader with a strong background in network design and service delivery to join our post-sales organization in Hyderabad (hybrid). You’ll use your expertise to understand customer use cases and lead a high-performing services team.
What You'll Do

Lead and mentor a team of network automation engineers, fostering growth and professional development.
Define and execute a network automation strategy aligned with company goals.
Design, deploy, and maintain automation solutions for network configuration, monitoring, and management.
Oversee automation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate automation with existing infrastructure.
Monitor network performance, driving improvements through automation.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation and performance issues.
Maintain clear documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices.
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance automation capabilities.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s or certifications such as CCNP/CCIE preferred).
8+ years of experience in network engineering or IT operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role focused on automation.
Skilled in network automation tools and scripting languages, with deep knowledge of networking protocols and management systems.
Proven leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
