Network Automation Engineer, POC Team

NetBrain is looking for an enthusiastic, value-driven, and technically savvy individual to join as a PoC Automation Engineer on the Pre-Sales Engineering Team. The ideal candidate should be ready to assist prospects in transforming their manual processes by fostering a culture of no-code automation innovation. As a PoC Automation Engineer at NetBrain, you will play a crucial role in the technical sales of the no-code automation platform within the sales organization. Collaborating with various teams within NetBrain, such as Sales Engineers, Support Engineers, R&D Engineers, and others, you will contribute to adapting corporate strategy, designing automation architecture, and facilitating ongoing automation development efforts. Your exceptional technical and communication skills will be essential in providing leadership, guidance, and insights to clients and engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Proof-of-Concept Engineers and prospects to identify high-impact automation targets for Network Operations. - Analyze customers" deployed network technologies, existing playbooks, and design documents to architect and implement automation solutions addressing network challenges. - Provide technical support during PoC engagements, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. - Create detailed documentation of PoC configurations, processes, and results for internal reference and client follow-up. - Contribute to the evolution of automated Network Operations for global Enterprises and Managed Services Providers. - Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role within IT or network automation, with hands-on experience in proof-of-concept projects. - Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and manage complex PoCs showcasing product value. - Strong knowledge of network operations, network design, and architecture. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision. - Excellent oral, written, and communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
