Network Automation Engineer, POC Team

We are seeking an enthusiastic, value-driven, and technically savvy individual to join us as a PoC Automation Engineer on our Pre-Sales Engineering Team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping our prospects transition from manual processes to embracing a culture of no-code automation innovation. As a PoC Automation Engineer at NetBrain, you will drive the technical sales of our no-code automation platform within our sales organization. You will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams at NetBrain, from customer-facing Sales Engineers to Support Engineers, R&D Engineers, and others. Your responsibilities will include adapting corporate strategy, designing automation architecture, and facilitating ongoing automation development efforts. Your strong technical and communication skills will enable you to provide leadership, guidance, and insights to clients and engineers, ultimately helping evaluate client requirements, propose solutions, and accelerate automation objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with our Proof-of-Concept Engineers and prospects to identify high-impact automation targets for their Network Operations. - Analyze customer's deployed network technologies, existing playbooks, and design-documents to architect and implement automation solutions addressing network challenges. - Provide technical support during PoC engagements, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. - Create detailed documentation of PoC configurations, processes, and results, ensuring clear records for internal reference and client follow-up. - Contribute to the evolution of automating and transforming Network Operations for global Enterprises and Managed Service Providers. - Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in a technical role within IT or network automation, with hands-on experience in proof-of-concept projects. - Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and manage complex PoCs showcasing product value. - Strong knowledge of network operations, network design, and architecture. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision. - Excellent oral, written, and communication skills, with the capacity to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
