Job Description

As a Manager Monetization at Explurger, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue, onboarding premium clients, and implementing cutting-edge monetization strategies for our gamified, AI-driven social media platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, pitching, and onboarding new clients to leverage Explurger's platform for monetization. - Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of advertisers, brands, and agencies. - Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. - Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, and providing solutions. - Collaborating with internal teams to execute campaigns, aligning them with client objectives. - Monitoring campaign performance, optimizing delivery, providing detailed insights, and post-campaign analysis to clients. - Achieving and surpassing revenue targets through innovative sales strategies and client retention efforts. - Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue potential. - Staying updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and digital innovations. - Providing insights and recommendations to enhance Explurger's monetization offerings and competitive positioning. - Connecting with agencies and brands will be a plus. Qualifications and Skills: - Education: Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or Advertising preferred). - Experience: 2-3 years in digital sales or platform monetization (agency experience is a plus). - Strong understanding of digital advertising terms and tools (CPM, CPC, programmatic ads). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for presentations and reporting. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights. - Familiarity with AI, digital trends, and emerging technologies in the advertising ecosystem. - Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with partners, stakeholders, and clients. - Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed. - Team player with a proactive, goal-oriented attitude.
