Job Description

As the Manager Monetization at Explurger, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and implementing cutting-edge monetization strategies. Your responsibilities will include client acquisition, account management, campaign execution and optimization, revenue growth, market analysis, and providing strategic input to enhance Explurger's competitive positioning. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and onboarding new clients to leverage Explurger's platform for monetization. Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of advertisers, brands, and agencies will be key to your success. Additionally, you will develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction. Collaborating with internal teams to execute campaigns aligned with client objectives, monitoring campaign performance, optimizing delivery, and providing detailed insights and post-campaign analysis will be part of your daily tasks. Achieving and surpassing revenue targets through innovative sales strategies and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities will also be crucial. To excel in this role, you should have a graduate degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or Advertising preferred) with 2-3 years of experience in digital sales or platform monetization. A strong understanding of digital advertising terms and tools, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, a data-driven mindset, and familiarity with AI and emerging technologies in the advertising ecosystem are essential. Furthermore, you should have strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with partners, stakeholders, and clients. Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events, along with a proactive, goal-oriented attitude, will be beneficial.
