You will be joining Explurger, a gamified, AI-driven social media platform that is reshaping how people connect and share experiences. As a Manager Monetization, your role will involve driving revenue, acquiring premium clients, and implementing advanced monetization strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Acquisition:** - Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients to utilize Explurger's platform for monetization. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of advertisers, brands, and agencies. - **Account Management:** - Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing solutions. - **Campaign Execution and Optimization:** - Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns aligned with client objectives. - Monitor campaign performance, optimize delivery, provide detailed insights, and conduct post-campaign analysis for clients. - **Revenue Growth:** - Exceed revenue targets through innovative sales strategies and client retention efforts. - Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue potential. - **Market Analysis and Strategic Input:** - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and digital innovations. - Provide insights and recommendations to enhance Explurger's monetization offerings and competitive positioning. - **Agency and Brands Connect (Advantageous):** - Foster relationships with agencies and brands to further business objectives. **Qualifications and Skills:** - Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or Advertising preferred). - 2-3 years of experience in digital sales or platform monetization (agency experience is beneficial). - Proficient in digital advertising terms and tools (CPM, CPC, programmatic ads). - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for presentations and reporting. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and offer actionable insights. - Familiarity with AI, digital trends, and emerging technologies in the advertising ecosystem. - Strong interpersonal skills to establish relationships with partners, stakeholders, and clients. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. - Team player with a proactive, goal-oriented attitude.
