Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

The Manager Corporate Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients for logistics services. This role focuses on B2B sales, key account management, contract negotiations, and developing long-term partnerships across industries requiring LTL solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients for logistics services
Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution-based sales proposals
Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management
Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve escalations when required
Guide and mentor the team members, driving their KPIs and performance

Qualification:

MBA degree or an equivalent qualification
Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or warehousing
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Relationship-building and account management skills
