Medhavi Skills University (MSU) is a government-notified private skills university established under a State Act in Sikkim, dedicated to promoting quality skill education and entrepreneurship integrated with higher education. Job Summary

Content & Research Writer

This role is ideal for storytellers who can think strategically and write with purpose, translating data and strategy into content that influences perception, partnerships, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate Strategy and Insights outputs into long-form reports, white papers, and lead magnets
• Script podcasts, webinars, panel discussions, and leadership speeches
• Draft questionnaires, moderator briefs, and media Q&A notes
• Maintain an internal knowledge repository and weekly content digest for staff and partners
• Collaborate with PR to adapt content into earned-media stories
• Work with the SEO team to optimise written assets for search visibility
• Ensure consistency of tone, style, and narrative across all publications
• Participate in cross-functional brainstorms with Brand, Growth, and Events teams

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, journalism, or research writing
• Strong editorial judgement and storytelling ability
• Proven experience writing for consulting, education, or policy audiences
• Working knowledge of SEO and digital publishing tools
• Degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or Business
