As part of the multibillion-dollar diversified CKA Birla Group, Birlasoft with its 12,000+ professionals, is committed to continuing the Group’s 170-year heritage of building sustainable communities.Advisory, contracts review and negotiations for various procurement and customer contracts e.g., Master Services Agreements, Software Licensing Agreements, Implementation Agreement, IT Support Agreement, Service Level Agreements, Teaming / Reseller Agreement, Confidentiality Agreements, Statements of Work, Change Orders, Amendments, etc.Lead contract negotiations for both buyers and suppliersPerform due diligence and participate in investigation, audits and work with wider Risk and Compliance teamDraft SOPs, process documentation, contract templates and impart training to L1, L2 and L3sWork as a team coach on issues related to Privacy and Data Protection Laws under various jurisdictions e.g. Europe, US, India and APAC region. Coordinate with InfoSec team to review contractual positions relating the Privacy and Data Protection and deployment of strategies in compliance and conformity to applicable Data Protection and Privacy lawsManaging a team and performing quality check reviewsAdvising with internal and external stakeholdersParticipating in various Dispute Resolution and Bankruptcy matters

Qualification

6-8 years of experience as an in-house counsel in IT / manufacturing industryLLb Hons. / LLM from a reputed universityExcellent communication, drafting and negotiation skillsLocation:Noida
