Manager- Legal

As a Manager- Legal (Commercial legal contracts) in our company, your role will involve drafting and reviewing commercial and legal contracts, both domestic and international, within the pharmaceutical industry. This includes agreements such as Confidentiality Agreements, Supply Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Contract Manufacturing Agreements, Loan License Agreements, and Development Agreements. You should be capable of independently handling contracts from initiation to finalization. Additionally, you will provide legal support for ongoing contract management activities and collaborate closely with business development teams and the legal department on commercial agreements. It will also be part of your responsibilities to submit periodic reports on ongoing agreements and operate legal software (CLM tool) for report generation and filing work. Key Responsibilities: - Drafting and reviewing commercial and legal contracts related to the pharmaceutical industry - Independently handling contracts from initiation to finalization - Providing legal support for ongoing contract management activities - Collaborating with business development teams and the legal department on commercial agreements - Submitting periodic reports on ongoing agreements - Operating legal software (CLM tool), generating reports, and handling filing work Qualifications Required: - LLB qualification - Prior experience in pharma industry related contracts (6 to 10 years) - Proficiency in written and oral communication skills - Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Please note that proficiency in written and oral communication skills, along with familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are essential for this role.,
