Job Description

You will be responsible for leading and supporting the Global Learning and Talent Technology teams in the administration, maintenance, and support of related systems. Your primary goal will be to establish an organization that meets the needs of the Global Learning and Talent Technology team. You will also oversee a team that handles administrative and coordination tasks. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams within Global Learning, front line teams, business clients, other HR groups, and training professionals in different divisions. Your main focus will involve leading the work on qualification systems for AO training systems administration, setting up Learning Management System (LMS), India Knowledge Center (IKC) facilitation and training, and other related systems. Your duties will include: - Enabling deployment of new systems and qualifications by analyzing established criteria to identify gaps in employees' training and experience - Collaborating with internal subject matter experts and vendors to provide technology standards - Managing the IKC training needs by coordinating with the Global learning strategy team, Cornerstone learning team, and others - Managing and coordinating team workload - Learning system functions, connections, dependencies, and methodologies to solve problems, ideate improvements, advocate for the best user experience, and educate stakeholders on system use Additionally, you will need to meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 7+ years of experience in learning administration - People management experience - Experience working or managing multiple systems - Exposure to Learning Management Systems and training program management - Experience in managing teams - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Strong presentation, planning, and organizational skills - Ability to problem solve and provide solutions efficiently - Customer-focused with a commitment to serve and delight customers - Team player with the ability to drive results in a performance-based environment - Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project/process management skills - Legal authorization to work in India for any employer without sponsorship - Fluency in English (written and spoken) - Successful completion of the interview process Preferred qualifications that will set you apart include: - Strong technical and functional skills - Airline industry experience - Experience with Cornerstone LMS - Experience working in an offshore shared services team or with international teams - Smartsheet experience - Knowledge of other systems related to training Please note that this position is offered on local terms and conditions, and expatriate assignments or sponsorship for employment visas will not be provided.
