Job Role : Lead Returns and Claims charter for B2B + B2C
Description : - Lead the returns and expiry charter process, ensuring minimal financial loss and adherence to company policy.- Develop and implement SOPs for product returns and expiry handling to ensure all returns are sent to the vendor in a timely manner- Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels and avoid Inventory returns- Ensure timely and full recovery of Unsettled Claims from the vendor- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure Claims are settled on time.Experience : 6-10 years of experience in Supply Chain / Operations. Pharma Experience will be preferred
