Manager IT

Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organization's vision and objectives in the healthcare domain.
Lead IT initiatives to improve healthcare software development and deployment. Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team. Lead the implementation of healthcare information systems and applications. Oversee IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, databases, and data security. Collaborate with external vendors and stakeholders for software development and IT services. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in IT Management, with at least 5 years in Healthcare IT. Proven experience in leading IT projects and teams in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in healthcare software solutions, hospital information systems (HIS), and electronic medical records (EMR). Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools will be an added advantage. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of ICD-10/ICD-11 coding standards and healthcare regulations. Experience with software development life cycles (SDLC) and DevOps practices is preferred.
