Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with plant and corporate objectives Lead digital transformation initiatives including Industry 4.0 adoption, Traceability, smart factory technologies, and data-driven manufacturing. Oversee plant-wide IT systems including Legacy Applications, ERP, MES, SCADA, PLC integration, and other OT systems Ensure reliable and secure operation of IT infrastructure: servers, networks, Surveillance Setup, databases, and user systems. Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, SLAs, and technology procurement.
