Key Responsibilities

Client Handling & Delivery Operations

  • Serve as the

    single point of contact

    for all Risebird clients regarding:
    • New and ongoing requirements
    • Issue resolution and escalations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Address and resolve client escalations proactively to ensure a win-win outcome.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and manage a team of

    Channel Owners

    ,

    Operations Executives

    ,

    QC

    , and

    Support Teams

    .
  • Assign and monitor

    daily, weekly, and monthly targets

    for all team members to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Drive the productivity of each team members.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of each team member, identifying the weakest links and uplifting them through motivation and training.
  • Conduct

    weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews

    , and present performance reports to management.

Interview Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee the

    entire interview operations lifecycle

    , ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Handle

    interview assignment activity

    , ensuring no interviews are left unassigned.
  • Collaborate with the

    Supply Lead

    on joint responsibility of unassignments.

Planning & Forecasting

  • Plan and allocate resources for

    weekday requirements

    weekend drives

  • Work closely with the supply team to ensure upcoming and ongoing interview skills data is shared in advance for smooth execution.

Training & Development

  • Design and execute

    training programs

    for new hires and existing employees to keep them aligned with evolving processes.
  • Provide mentorship to foster a high-performance culture in the team.
