The IT Manager oversees and leading India OnSite IT Team to ensure timely, quality and effective IT end-users services. This role involves managing IT staff, overseeing the India end-users operations, implementing and maintaining hardware and software, coordinating IT projects and aligning to IT initiatives with organizational goals.
Basic Qualifictaion: * As an IT Manager a Bachelors Degree requie 7 years of experience in IT. * Essential qualifications include strong leadership, communication, project management, and budgeting skills to lead teams and projects. * Key skills also encompass broad technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and problem-solving abilities to oversee operations and drive strategic business goals. * The ability to lead, motivate, and develop IT teams, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders at all levels. * Excellent organizational skills to manage priorities, maintain systems, and ensure efficient IT operations. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, PMP (Project Management Professional) can be a plus.
