Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role within a networking software or NOS development environment is an added advantage. However Engineerskeen to move from Tech lead to Manager can also be considered. Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of networking protocols (L2/L3, MPLS, VXLAN). Hands-on experience with platform bring-up and Linux device drivers. Familiarity with network management protocols (NETCONF/YANG, gNMI). ASIC/NPU Knowledge: Strong working experience with Broadcom and Marvell ASICs. Programming Languages: Solid experience with C , C++ , Python , and GoLang . NOS Experience: Prior experience in NOS development or sustenance is essential. Experience with SONiC NOS is a significant advantage. Leadership Skills: Strong team-building and management abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage external contractors and inter-work effectively with diverse teams. Physical Demands Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment. Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
