Role Overview:

We are seeking a result-oriented Manager – IT & Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize

    digital marketing campaigns

    across social media platforms.
  • Create engaging

    visual content (photos, videos, creatives)

    for company branding and promotions.
  • Design and manage

    paid ad sets

    to drive traffic and lead generation.
  • Oversee and maintain

    IT infrastructure

    , ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay updated on

    emerging tech and digital trends

    to enhance online visibility.



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, and Social Media Management.
  • Skills in content creation, ad campaign management, and brand building.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and IT assests handling.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, CRM, CMS, and digital tools.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the financial services sector will be an added advantage.
