  • Lead and mentor a team of FPGA IP design engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence
  • Drive the architecture, design, verification, and implementation of soft IP cores for FPGA platform
  • Module-level IP design contributor with system-level expertise
  • Collaborate with product management, hardware, and software teams to define IP requirements and specifications
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and execution to meet delivery timelines and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IP design and verification
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve complex design challenges
  • Support customer engagements, including technical presentations and issue resolution

Requirements/Qualifications

  • BSEE/ MSEE under Electronics or Electronics/ Telecommunications Engineering department
  • 15+ years relevant digital IP/SoC Design experience
