Job Description

Lead and mentor a team of FPGA IP design engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence
Drive the architecture, design, verification, and implementation of soft IP cores for FPGA platform
Module-level IP design contributor with system-level expertise
Collaborate with product management, hardware, and software teams to define IP requirements and specifications
Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and execution to meet delivery timelines and quality standards
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IP design and verification
Provide technical guidance and resolve complex design challenges
Support customer engagements, including technical presentations and issue resolution

Requirements/Qualifications:

BSEE/ MSEE under Electronics or Electronics/ Telecommunications Engineering department
15+ years relevant digital IP/SoC Design experience
