Role Description

This is a full-time position located on-site in Gurugram for a Manager of Internal Communications. The selected individual will lead and execute internal communication strategies to engage, inform, and align employees with the company’s mission and goals. Responsibilities include developing internal communication campaigns, crafting messages for diverse platforms, coordinating with department heads to ensure alignment of messaging, organizing internal events, and monitoring the effectiveness of communication initiatives. The Manager will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of transparency and maintaining a strong connection between leadership and employees.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in creating compelling written content and crafting effective messages for internal communications.
  • Proven experience in managing communication strategies, content development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across various departments and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical skills to measure the success and impact of communication campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools, software, and platforms; knowledge of digital communication tools is a plus.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in related areas would be advantageous.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or corporate communications is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and communication across multiple levels of the organization.
