KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Audit Planning
Develop risk-based audit plans for sales, warehousing, logistics, and distribution
Prioritize audits in high-impact areas like fleet use, dispatch accuracy, and dealer credit
Financial & Operational Audits
Audit order processing, dispatches, payments, and stock movement
Review vendor contracts, freight billing, and transport efficiency
Logistics Audits
Evaluate vehicle routing, fuel use, maintenance, and 3PL vendor compliance
Track delivery delays, safety, and customer complaint resolution
Compliance & Risk
Ensure GST, e-way bill, and royalty compliance
Monitor fraud risks and support external audit processes
Reporting & Systems
Present audit findings and follow up on corrective actions
Support ERP audits and process improvement initiatives
Team Leadership
Lead field audits and train team in logistics, finance, and risk areas
Promote transparency and operational excellence
Requirements:
✓ 5-6 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or audit in industrial sectors
✓ Strong knowledge of ERP (SAP/Tally), transport documentation, and financial regulations.
✓ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
