Job Description

Tata Capital Ltd is looking for Manager - Internal Audit - Housing to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Plan and conduct risk-based internal audits of housing finance operations
Audit key processes including loan origination, credit appraisal, disbursement, post-disbursement, collections, and recoveries
Review compliance with RBI / NHB guidelines, internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory circulars
Evaluate credit underwriting standards, collateral valuation, and documentation quality
Assess effectiveness of internal controls, fraud risk management, and governance mechanisms
Identify control gaps, process weaknesses, and potential fraud indicators
Prepare detailed audit reports, highlight observations, and recommend corrective actions
