Job Title: Manager/Senior Manager – Internal Audit (Chattered Accountant) Company Name: FincFriends Private Limited Function / Department Name: Internal Audit Experience required: 5+ Years Minimum Qualification: CA Location: Gurgaon Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our finance team as a Finance & Compliance Manager. The role involves managing our loan portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting fund mobilization efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive approach, and deep knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage pre and post loan disbursement activities and monitor lender compliance. Ensure adherence to all banking and financial institution regulations; prepare and submit RBI returns (DNBS-4A, DNBS-4B, DNBS-2, DNBS-03). Prepare and submit loan proposals to banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions; maintain strong lender relationships. Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports to support management decisions. Apply IND-AS and IFRS standards in financial reporting. Identify and resolve financial and compliance issues proactively. Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience in loan management, regulatory compliance, and fund mobilization Strong understanding of RBI regulations and reporting Expertise in IND-AS and IFRS Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Application Question(s): How much marks you have achieved in the Group-II or final exam of CA?
