As a middle management position at our client's company specializing in power factor correction, harmonic filtering, and energy efficiency solutions for low and medium voltage systems, your role will involve empaneling the company with various consultants, contractors, and relevant bodies across India to facilitate the procurement and execution of upcoming projects. This position will require extensive travel throughout the country. **Role Overview:** - Responsible for PAN India empanelment of electrical consultants & contractors - Key role in developing the institutional branch of the organization - Must be a go-getter and self-starter - Making presentations and empaneling relevant institutions for the company - Achieving annual targets - Developing new business avenues - Good technical knowledge and selling skills required - Strong communication and networking skills for managing client expectations - Team player and adept at maintaining client relationships **Key Responsibilities:** - Excellent knowledge of the company profile and products - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to think creatively and outside the box - Effective organizational and presentation skills - Implementation of planned strategies and tactics - Work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Sound decision-making abilities **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in Electrical Engineering; MBA preferred - Sales experience in industries related to switchgear, electrical components, and related products - Confidence and attention to detail - Ability to handle criticism and work effectively in teams - Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire others - Constant follow-up skills The company's base location for this position is in Rabale, Navi Mumbai. You will report to the sales head.
