Manager Institutional Sales

You will play a crucial role in empaneling the company with various consultants, contractors, and other relevant bodies across PAN India to procure and execute upcoming projects. This middle management position will require you to engage in extensive travel throughout the country. - Empanel electrical consultants & contractors nationwide - Develop the institutional branch of the organization - Make presentations and empanel relevant institutions for the company - Achieve annual targets - Identify new business opportunities for the company - Utilize technical knowledge and selling skills effectively - Manage client expectations through strong communication and networking - Maintain existing client relationships diligently To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Degree in Electrical Engineering, MBA preferred - Sales experience in Switchgear, Electrical, Panel Builder, Electric Spare Parts, Capacitors, Relays, Meters, Controllers, Thyristors - Confidence and attention to detail - Ability to handle criticism and work well in teams - Leadership skills to drive and inspire others - Strong follow-up skills Our client specializes in power factor correction, harmonic filtering, and energy efficiency for low and medium voltage systems.
