As a seasoned business development professional from the electrical/electronic industry, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities, coordinating business generation activities, and developing customized targeted sales strategies. Your focus will be on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management. Additionally, you will be expected to generate product specifications, develop manuals and documentation in coordination with the manufacturing teams, execute projects, and coordinate with the plant on manufacturing activities. You will also work on quick turnaround projects and redesign projects, along with project documentation. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, with an MBA in Marketing Management preferred but not compulsory. Experience with CRM is preferred, along with more than 7 years of experience in various electrical and electronic hardware industries, particularly in business development, sales, and service of renewable energy equipment. Your work location will be at the Head office in Pune, Maharashtra, with occasional travel to sites or customer offices based on job requirements. The salary offered will be commensurate with your qualifications and experience, matching the best in the industry. You will also be eligible for performance-based incentives and group health insurance among other benefits. Key success metrics for this role include maintaining a gross business pipeline of 20 Cr. for the year, adding a minimum of 2 new clients and products per month, ensuring EBITA margins on final sales are not less than 18%, and completing projects, deliveries, or upgrades within the committed timelines and costs.
