Purpose/Objective

The Application Support Manager is responsible for ensuring that business-critical applications run smoothly, securely, and efficiently

Key Responsibilities of Role

Primary Responsibilities 1. Assist in translating business scenarios into digital solutions and process improvements. 2. Work closely with technology partners to ensure 99.8% availability of TOS, PCS, and other business applications. 3. Responsible for role-based user access management and conducting user access reviews on a quarterly basis to comply with ISO27001-2022. 4. Assist the IT Head in the timely execution of digital projects. 5. Assist business teams in preparing BRD documents and obtaining UAT sign-offs. 6. Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations. 7. Support end users by providing technical guidance and facilitating continuous improvements in application performance. 8. Closely working with technology partners to review incidents, requests resolution status and minimize downtime during new patch deployments 9. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables. 10. Lead digital transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget Secondary Responsibilities 1. Coordinate Cyber Security Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing. 2. Implementation of Power BI dashboards for operational efficiency and resource optimization. 3. Manages incident/service requests/change requests, knowledge base, and SLA compliance. 4. Maintaining Status Reports on Daily / Monthly basis on the application status. 5. Work with auditors to ensure compliance and successfully complete ISO audits.
