Dear Candidate, Currently we are hiring for Manager- IR for a well known Automotive Manufacturing Company located at Sanand - Gujarat Job Details Experience : 13-15 Years Notice Period : 30-60 Days Qualification : MBA HR/ MPM/ MSW Job Location : Sanand- Gujarat Job Responsibilities An Industrial Relations (IR) Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering harmonious relationships between management and employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and effectively managing workplace conflicts. Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, including the Industrial Disputes Act, Payment of Wages Act, and Minimum Wages Act. Regularly review and update company policies to reflect changes in labor legislation Develop and implement industrial relations policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements. Union and Collective Bargaining Management Serve as the primary liaison between management and labor unions or employee representatives.
