Job Description

Area(s) of responsibility

Implement evolving ESG reporting frameworks and ensure compliance with global ESG standards
Develop internal processes and lead sustainability disclosures
ESG Target and Goals settings at organizational level with continual performance improvement on YoY basis
Recommendation on decarbonization mitigation measures and implement decarbonization strategy to meet Net Zero
Lead the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) process from initiation to validation Design a comprehensive GHG inventory plan in alignment with international standards. Implement year-on-year improvements in data quality and coverage.
Accounting of applicable Scope 3 categories. Develop strategies for reducing Scope 3 emissions.
Conduct Double Materiality assessment and its alignment with CSRD & EU taxonomy.
Conduct Climate Risk Assessment and its integration with central ERM.
Derive strategies to implement recommendations suggested by different ESG rating agencies e.g. EcoVadis, S&P Global, Sustainalytics and others
Develop ICP mechanism and interpret applicability of CBAM regulation
