Job Description: HR Operations Manager – GEIMS

Summary

The HR Operations Manager at GEIMS oversees end-to-end HR processes, ensures smooth employee services, and supports policy implementation, payroll coordination, and compliance across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR operations, HRIS updates, and employee documentation.
  • Supervise onboarding, induction, ID creation, and joining formalities.
  • Oversee exit processes, full & final settlements, and relieving.
  • Validate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, OT).
  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, labor laws, and GEIMS policies.
  • Handle employee queries and grievance resolution.
  • Support employee engagement activities and communication.
  • Prepare HR MIS, attendance, and headcount reports.
  • Coordinate with Admin, IT, Finance, and Academic units for smooth operations.

Qualification

  • MBA in HR
  • 3–7 years of HR operations experience .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,888.01 - ₹50,011.80 per month
