Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
Oversee employee relations, handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance appraisals.
Ensure timely completion of recruitment processes for blue collar positions through effective sourcing strategies.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave management, and other HR-related activities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to labor laws and statutory compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-9 years of experience in human resource management, preferably in an industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, including Contract Labour Management Act (CLM), Factory Compliance & Inspectorate Department rules.
Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations and conflict resolution.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
