Role Overview: Join Kobie, a 35-year veteran of the loyalty industry, as they expand their global footprint by establishing a Tech Hub in India. As the Manager, Human Resources, you will play a critical role in bringing Kobie's global People Strategy to life locally. You will help shape and sustain a culture that reflects the company's values, support leaders and teammates, and ensure operational excellence and compliance between India and the US. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align Indias talent strategy to global priorities. - Lead recruiting and hiring efforts in India, including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding. - Develop and implement talent processes that mirror and align with US strategies while adapting to Indias market context. - Support workforce planning, talent analytics, and skill development. - Drive teammate engagement initiatives and contribute to building a strong, inclusive culture. - Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and mobility/career development. - Ensure compliance with India employment laws and regulations, including maintaining HR policies, employee records, and reporting requirements. - Partner with US HR to design and deliver total rewards programs that are competitive and compliant with India standards. - Support the buildout of HR systems, processes, and tools for scalability and operational excellence. - Manage employee relations, performance management processes, and investigations as needed. - Oversee onboarding, HRIS maintenance, and data integrity. - Collaborate with US-based teams to ensure alignment on strategy, policies, and programs. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a mix of strategic and hands-on operational responsibilities. - Strong understanding of India employment law, compliance requirements, and HR best practices. - Experience supporting or leading recruiting efforts, including candidate scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding. - Demonstrated ability to build HR processes and programs in a growing or scaling organization. - Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a global mindset. - Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with US-based HR leadership. - Experience in a global company or US-headquartered organization strongly preferred.,
