As a Manager - HR & Admin at Red Dot Group, your role will be crucial in managing all human resources and administrative functions across Red Dot Events, Red Dot Print Hub, and Red Dot Builders in Adoor, Kerala. Your responsibilities will include: - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: You will lead the full recruitment cycle for all three companies, ensuring the right talent is onboarded. - Employee Relations: Handling performance management, conflict resolution, and addressing employee grievances will be part of your responsibilities. - Policy & Compliance: It will be your duty to develop and implement HR policies while ensuring full legal compliance. - Training & Development: Coordinating training initiatives to support employee growth and development will be essential. - Administrative Duties: You will oversee general administrative tasks essential for the daily operations of the businesses. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Minimum 5 years of HR experience, particularly in the services industry. - Demonstrated expertise in recruitment and HR compliance. - Proficiency in Malayalam and English; knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
