Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle grievances from employees, unions, or other stakeholders in a fair and timely manner.
  • Oversee canteen management, including food safety, quality control, and inventory management.
  • Ensure effective factory administration by managing day-to-day operations efficiently.
  • Coordinate transportation logistics for plant operations.
  • Ensure effective transportation management, coordinating logistics, and scheduling transportation for plant operations.
  • Implement security measures to maintain a safe working environment at the plant.

Additional Information:

  • 10-15 years of experience in HR & Admin role in an auto components industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (B.B.A/ B.M.S or MBA/PGDM).
  • Strong understanding of contract labour management, grievance handling, industrial relations, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
